Welcome to TreeInspect. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TreeInspect iOS application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and only for its intended purpose of assessing and documenting trees and related inspections. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any login credentials.

2. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a subscription. Prices and billing terms will be presented in the App and may change from time to time. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit or create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer components, or access data you do not have permission to view.

6. Intellectual Property

TreeInspect, the TreeInspect logo, and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners. The App and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeInspect and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, within the App.
